Would you like a mobile phone but find them too difficult to use?
The Doro 6520 can help you…
A very affordable SIM-free mobile in the ever-popular clamshell design, the Doro 6520 is ideal for everyone. People with a visual impairment will find it easy due to its large screen and font size, high contrast keyboard and talking keys, whilst it is also excellent for those with a hearing impairment, due to its loud sound and ringer.
This mobile gives you the ability to block undesired numbers and remove unwanted functions, so never again will you have to worry about accidentally doing something you didn’t mean to! This feature makes this phone also ideal for those living with dementia and it is not locked to any phone network so you are free to get a SIM-only or Pay as you Go deal that suits you.
The Doro 6520 is easy to use, practical and lightweight, great for taking photos, hearing aid compatible and available with 0% VAT.

Q. I have a question that’s not answered below. What should I do?
A. If you have a question, please click here to get in touch. We'll be happy to answer any queries you may have.
Q. Why are Doro phones good for the partially sighted and the hard of hearing?
A. Doro devices come with large keys and are therefore regarded as ‘big button mobile phones’. This helps those with impaired vision to more accurately see what buttons they are tapping and reduces the risk of the wrong number being dialled or the wrong word being typed out in a text message. Those customers with hearing impairments or with hearing aids will have a device that enables them to adjust the tone to compensate for different types of hearing loss. All Doro handsets are hearing aid compatible, and the sound can be amplified and the frequency adjusted.
Q. Are Doro mobile phones easy to use for the elderly; is there a steep learning curve?
A. One of the great things about the Doro range is that it doesn’t matter which device you decide to go with, they are all gimmick free. You don’t need to worry about all those things that many other people worry about - megapixels, snapdragons - and all the rest of it. Whilst Doro phones are easy to use, like anything else they will take a bit of getting used to. However, without the gimmicks and fancy extras of a top of the range smartphone, a Doro device doesn’t take long to master.
